fileperms 函數獲取文件的權限。
fileperms() 函數獲取文件的權限信息。返回值為 int 類型，可格式化為八進制格式。
函數定義
fileperms ( string $filename ) : int
// 源文件位於：ext/standard/filestat.c

參數
- checkfilename - 文件的路徑。
返回值
- checkint - 返回文件權限，失敗時返回 false。
