Python3：错误Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available

CentOS 7中安装好 Python 3后执行 pip 出现如下错误：

SSLError("Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available.")

原因是安装 Python 3 的时候可能没有安装 OpenSSL 开发包。

需安装 OpenSSL 后重新编译 Python，如下所示：

注意在 ./configure 的时候提示信息，需显示 yes：

checking whether compiling and linking against OpenSSL works... yes
