Python3：錯誤Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available

CentOS 7中安裝好 Python 3後執行 pip 出現如下錯誤：

SSLError("Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available.")

原因是安裝 Python 3 的時候可能沒有安裝 OpenSSL 開發包。

需安裝 OpenSSL 後重新編譯 Python，如下所示：

注意在 ./configure 的時候提示信息，需顯示 yes：

checking whether compiling and linking against OpenSSL works... yes
