谷歌 Chrome 87 發佈，性能提升卓越更省電

曾經有一段時間，Chrome 一度成為全球反應最快的瀏覽器。但是多年發展下來，Chrome需要用到越來越多的系統資源。谷歌公司一直嘗試扭轉局面，開發一款性能和速度都大幅提升的瀏覽器—— 如今，終於推出了 Chrome 87 瀏覽器 。
谷歌稱，Chome 87 瀏覽器會優先處理正在使用的標籤，讓 CPU 使用率降低5倍。谷歌公司在測試時發現，這種後臺處理上的改進能將電池續航時間延長1.25小時。同時，需要的電量和內存都比以往更少。
這些改變都標誌著 Chrome 87 瀏覽器 性能提升卓越。谷歌公司會逐步發佈覆蓋 87 和 88 版本的更新程序。
安卓版本的 Chrome 瀏覽器性能也會大幅提升。谷歌稱，當往前和往後滑動網頁時，網頁會“幾乎瞬間”加載。谷歌會逐步推出後退/前進緩存功能，這也是 Chrome 87 瀏覽器的功能之一。
如果你和我一樣，上網時會同時打開很多標籤，那麼找到需要的那一個標籤會非常困難。谷歌正在嘗試解決這個問題，顯示一個所有打開的標籤列表，讓用戶輸入所需標籤的名稱。這個表情搜索功能將最先在 Chromebook 應用，不久之後會應用在 PC 版的 Chrome 瀏覽器。

Google Chrome是由Google开发的免费网页浏览器。Chrome是化学元素“铬”的英文名称，过去也用Chrome称呼浏览器的外框。Chrome相应的开放源代码计划名为Chromium，而Google Chrome本身是非自由软件，未开放全部源代码。
Chrome 50结束了对Windows XP与Windows Vista系统的支持，这两个系统上的最后版本为49.0.2623.112。
